about me
I started my journey in IT at a vocational high school where I chose to specialize in software engineering. I then continued my studies and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering while also working as a coding mentor. 👩🎓
I worked as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customer Support representative, as well as a Product Support specialist, at an EdTech company. In these roles, I communicated directly with customers, collaborated across multiple teams, analyzed the root causes of issues, and ensured that customer problems were resolved. ✅
🖥️ Currently, I am a freelance web developer. I work closely with customers, graphic designers, and other developers. I am always excited to contribute to new projects and make a real impact.
